The most famous dish in the Northern part of Vietnam is call "Bun Cha",
which means rice noodle and Cha means meat. Nem Cua Be is their
version of egg rolls with pork and crab. What Makes Bun Cha Hanoi
different is that the way they serve it. The charcoal grill meats are
serve soaking in a bowl of warm broth/sauce....similar to a fish dipping
sauce but much lighter.sometimes with pickle green papaya in them. You
would just simply eat this together in harmony with fresh greens.
Delicious and a must try in Hanoi.
